V3 Middle East is looking for an experienced Lead Architect to support architectural design coordination, technical review, and construction supervision on a major project in Riyadh.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in a Lead / Senior Architect position
• Strong architectural design and construction supervision background
• Experience reviewing design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and architectural packages
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and multidisciplinary coordination
• Ability to lead architects and inspectors and resolve complex site/design issues
• Major building / stadium / large-scale project experience preferred
• Consultancy / PMC experience highly preferred
