V3 Middle East is looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our project team in Riyadh.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong pre-contract and post-contract experience
• Experience with BOQs, quantity take-offs, measurements and valuations
• Strong experience reviewing variations and payment certificates
• Cost control and commercial reporting experience
• Good understanding of construction contracts
• Consultancy / major project experience preferred
