just looking forward to mind my own daily affairs only as i am packed in my daily routine life..
i am from India, Kerala. it need not be keralate flat owner, any person can call me.
but should be trustworthy.
no illegal activities in flat.
no outstanding electricity bills, disconnections etc.
no outstanding rents.
clean and tidy flat.
no headache to the people living in the flat.
not much crowdy flat.
safe and decent flat and owner needed.
I need a bath attached room with
bed and cot,
cupboard and table,
iron,
washing machine,
wifi etc from ur side.
in case i am using kitchen, then i will give share of gas if using.
..
Also I prefer a masjid near in walking distance and also safe parking area (parkng lots available nearby anytime)..
an area where there is no theft, burglary, stealing, annoying etc of various people ANYTIME.
i am planning to shift my things within end of this month and start from nov onwards.
i am negotiating with u in either of 2 options below:
option 1
450 sar rent + my share of electricity usage payment extra
every month beginning i will pay the rent and my portion of electricity when bill comes.
option 2
600 sar rent including electricity
(however more ewa bill in summer and however less ewa bill in winter, 600 monthly to be locked for 1 yr)
