As a Civil Site Engineer, my responsibilities include planning, supervising, and coordinating daily construction activities according to approved drawings, project specifications, and method statements. I monitor excavation, backfilling, reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, and finishing activities. I check dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained. I coordinate with the Construction Supervisor, QA/QC Engineer, Surveyor, MEP team, HSE team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site execution. I also prepare daily progress reports, monitor manpower and materials, verify completed quantities, resolve technical site issues, arrange inspections, ensure compliance with safety requirements, control material wastage, and help complete the project within the approved schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
