Electrical / Senior Facility Engineer (MEP & MV) – Transferable Iqama – Available Now

I'm an Electrical Engineer (B.Sc.) with 8+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia. My work covers operation and maintenance of MEP systems and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical distribution across large multi-site facilities. I have worked with prestigious facility management and industrial companies on a large mixed-use real estate complex, multi-site logistics warehouses and an operating aluminium plant.

Key skills:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance planning
- CMMS work orders (IBM Maximo, eMaint, SAP)
- Supervising subcontractors against SLAs/KPIs
- Electrical capital projects and energy efficiency
- HSE risk assessments and EHS/quality plans

Certifications: CMRP, PMP, CFM, IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 41001/55001 Internal Auditor, LEED GA and DCME-I. I'm also a Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) member.
