👌Position: Senior Planning Engineer Experience: 10+ Years
👌China Railway 18 Bureau is looking for a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer with proven experience in high-rise building construction projects and 4-star/5-star hotel projects
👍Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, work programs, and detailed construction plans.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Analyze schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other departments.
Conduct critical path analysis and prepare recovery plans when required.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resource allocation according to project schedules.
Prepare progress presentations, look-ahead schedules, and schedule forecasts.
Ensure planning activities comply with project milestones and contractual requirements.
👍Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction and 4-star/5-star hotel projects.
At least 80% of the candidate’s total professional experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, project scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis.
Candidates without the required high-rise building and 4-star/5-star hotel experience will not be considered.
