Minimum Qualification & Skills:
1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience (typically 5–7+ years) in construction or mechanical supervision.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Job Description:
1. Supervise day-to-day mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, etc.) onsite.
2. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved plans.
3. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site supervisors.
4. Monitor project progress and report to the project manager.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
6. Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
7. Manage and allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently.
8. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide guidance to workers.
9. Review and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
10. Ensure timely completion of work within project me.
