We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Female Barista to join our team at Petal and Bean Flower and Coffee. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming café experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages.
Operate coffee machines and maintain beverage quality standards.
Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and equipment.
Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation.
Handle POS billing and cash transactions.
Support daily café operations, especially during busy hours.
Monitor stock levels and ensure café supplies are maintained.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in café/restaurant service is preferred.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and coffee machines.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
