Al Salomi Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Project Director to lead multiple major infrastructure and construction projects across Saudi Arabia.

Location: Saudi Arabia
Position Purpose
Lead the successful delivery of multiple major projects, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, safety, contractual compliance, and profitability targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Direct projects from mobilization through completion, commissioning, and handover
Control schedules, budgets, gross margins, cash flow, and forecasts; review SPI and CPI
Lead project recovery plans and resolve critical construction and interface constraints
Oversee procurement, subcontractors, engineering coordination, and resource allocation
Manage variations, claims, EOT matters, and contractual risks
Lead Project Managers, maintain client relationships, and submit executive reports with corrective actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (master’s degree advantageous); PMP preferred
Minimum 20 years of construction/infrastructure experience, preferably 10–15 years in Saudi Arabia
At least 7–10 years leading major projects or multiple Project Managers
Proven delivery of roads, wet/dry utilities, infrastructure networks, or major developments
Experience with NHC, Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission, NEOM, RSG, or comparable clients preferred
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, critical path, EVM, FIDIC, claims, EOT, cost control, Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
