Main Responsibilities
Follow up with suppliers regarding material availability and delivery schedules.
Track Purchase Orders (POs) and material delivery status.
Coordinate with procurement, vendors, warehouse, and project teams.
Expedite delayed materials to avoid project schedule delays.
Prepare material tracking reports and delivery schedules.
Follow up on Material Requisitions (MRs), inspection documents, and delivery notes.
Ensure materials comply with project specifications and applicable Saudi Aramco requirements.
Coordinate material inspection, receiving, and documentation.
