Project Scope & Conditions:

• Contract Value: Fixed SAR 20,500 monthly per compliant unit.
• Payment Terms: 7 days following verified monthly invoice submittal.
• Logistics Provided by Company: Fuel, Food/Accommodation/Transport, and major mechanical maintenance.
• Logistics Provided by Vendor: Minor operational maintenance and unit operators.
Compliance & Mobilization:
Mobilization will be initiated within 4 days of document verification and final vehicle site pass approval. Vendor must provide:
1. Valid Istimarah (Vehicle Registration)
2. Active Insurance Policy
3. MVPI / Valid Vehicle Inspection Certification
