Job Profile
â?¢ Material receiving inspection as per PO, vender delivery note, MTC and
approved material specifications.
â?¢ Ensure than all activities are carried out in accordance with the
requirement of clint standards and specification.
â?¢ Maintain inspection check list and record the results.
â?¢ Daily fit up inspection and surveillance inspection piping material
parameters.
â?¢ Verifying drawing revision status using at site, checking tools used are
correct and working environment is set for doing fit up at site.
â?¢ Pipe internal cleaning inspection, isometric additional joints make up and
review, line routing and weld map updating.
â?¢ Inspection for support, shoe, reinforcement pad, guide, shim plate,
stopper and special supports as per approved IFC drawings.
â?¢ Line verification and visual inspection of plant piping and preparing
punch list after installation as per approved IFC drawings.
â?¢ Cross verification of ISO with P&ID to conform the correct Equipment
nozzle connection and flow directions.
â?¢ Checking the piping materials, grade, codes as per approved WPS and
Project Standard specification.
â?¢ Identifying the materials (pipes, flanges, fittings, etc.) as per the material
take off lists during the fabrication and check with Spool Production
orders.
â?¢ Inspection as per latest engineering drawing and release for welding.
â?¢ Coordinating with client inspection department at all stages of fabrication
and getting approval as per ITP.
â?¢ Inspection of test packages according to the piping class, their test limits
and required pressure.
â?¢ Test package review and submission as per procedure.
â?¢ Maintaining and verifying the calibration certificates of all pressure
gauges, pressure relief value and manifold as per approved procedure for
hydro test.
â?¢ Responsible for all Inspections at site inclusive of witnessing, sentencing,
recording and reporting the results and resolving any problems arising.
â?¢ Day to day planning and coordination of QA/QC activities.
â?¢ Knowledge in preparing pre-punch list of piping system.
