I hope this message finds you well.
I am currently working as a Housing Officer at Al Nakhla Residential Resort in Riyadh.
As my current sponsor's contract with the Al Nakhla compound's owner (PIF) is approaching its conclusion, I am actively exploring new career opportunities in residential property and accommodation management ahead of the transition.
During my tenure at Al Nakhla, I have honed my expertise in tenant relations, facility coordination, resident services, and day-to-day community operations within a premier, fast-paced residential environment.
I have attached my updated CV for your review. I would be grateful if you could keep me in mind or let me know of any suitable vacancies within your organization or network.
Thank you for your time, guidance, and support.
Best regards,
Mohammad Shahanwaz Akhter
