Key Responsibilities
Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, and waterproofing details for high-rise buildings.
Coordinate waterproofing systems for foundations, basements, podiums, roofs, wet areas, and other critical structures.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with waterproofing subcontractors, Structural, Architectural, QA/QC, and Site teams.
Identify design discrepancies, technical clashes, and constructability issues and recommend solutions.
Verify waterproofing materials, application methods, and installation details against approved requirements.
Support inspections, resolve technical queries, and follow up on defects and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Relevant experience in civil/structural technical coordination and waterproofing systems.
Proven experience in high-rise building construction is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of basement waterproofing, foundations, podiums, roofs, and wet-area systems.
Experience reviewing technical submissions, drawings, and method statements.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
