We are looking for a skilled **Cost Controller** to monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across our restaurant and coffee shop branches\.
The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in inventory management, recipe costing, purchasing control, and cost analysis within the food and beverage industry\.
### ✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs across all branches\.
- Calculate food and beverage costs and gross profit margins\.
- Prepare recipe costing and determine the cost of menu items\.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and consumption\.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies\.
- Analyze wastage, spoilage, and stock variances\.
- Review purchasing invoices and supplier prices\.
- Compare actual costs against budgets and targets\.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports for management\.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability\.
- Coordinate with chefs, branch managers, purchasing, and accounting teams\.
### 📋 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control, preferably in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality\.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage costing\.
- Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation\.
- Good Excel skills and familiarity with POS and inventory systems\.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills\.
- Ability to work in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia\.
