We are hiring a Civil Maintenance Engineer for a residential compound in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Lead the civil maintenance team (reporting to the Maintenance Engineer).
Precast & Structures: Maintain precast concrete buildings and treat expansion joints.
Finishing & Civil Works: Inspect & receive painting, carpentry, blockwork, plastering, tiling, porcelain installation, and crack repairs.
General Maintenance: Knowledge of welding and steel structure repairs.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance.
⭐ Preferred: Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor in a residential compound or public facilities.
Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written).
