Position: Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Coordinator with knowledge of manpower supply, labor coordination, and manpower marketing.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: SAR 2,200 per month
- Food Allowance: SAR 300 per month
- Total Monthly Salary: SAR 2,500
- Free accommodation provided by the company
Job Requirements
- Valid and transferable Iqama
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Experience in manpower supply and labor coordination
- Knowledge of manpower marketing and client acquisition
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate labor deployment and manage workers at project sites
- Knowledge of the Saudi labor market
- Ability to find new clients and generate business leads
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manpower operations and labor deployment
- Market manpower services and develop new client relationships
- Find new business opportunities and generate leads
- Coordinate with clients regarding labor requirements
- Manage worker attendance, transportation, and site-related issues
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth operations
