IT Support Engineer

Experience: I’m an IT support professional with over six years of experience in desktop support, ERP administration, and network troubleshooting. I’ve worked in contracting, education, and IT services environments across Saudi Arabia and India. I currently provide first-level ERP support (EMVIVE, ERP NEXT,Softweb) and general IT support at Steps Building General Contracting Co. in Al Khobar. Before that, I was a Desktop Support Engineer at Shaikh Group of Institutions and an IT Supervisor at NSEIT, where I led junior staff and tracked helpdesk performance.

LAN/WAN, DHCP, and Cisco router configuration, with CCNA fundamentals
Ticketing in ManageEngine
Outlook, PST, and IMAP/POP administration

Team supervision and training
