Qualifications & Experience:
- MSc + NEBOSH Level 7
- 18 years of HSE/QHSE experience
- Saudi Aramco-approved professional
- Construction, EPC, power projects, and contractor HSE management
- HSE audits, risk assessments, PTW, incident investigation, and compliance management
- Experienced in developing and implementing HSE management systems
Availability: Immediate / Short Notice
Location: Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
