We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to manage heavy equipment maintenance operations at our sites and workshop in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot mechanical defects and recommend efficient repair methods.
- Inspect equipment condition and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise mechanics and manage daily maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment availability, breakdowns, and repair progress.
- Manage maintenance of dozers, graders, loaders, rollers, dump trucks, water tankers, and light vehicles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge and supervisory skills.
- Ability to diagnose defects, guide mechanics, and minimize equipment downtime.
- Gulf experience is preferred.
