✔ Experience with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems
✔ Knowledge of preventive & corrective maintenance workflows
✔ Good computer skills (MS Office & reporting)
✔ Ability to manage work orders and asset records
✔ Good communication skills in English
