We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals (Male/Female) to join our growing team.
🔹 1. Recruitment Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the recruitment team to achieve targets.
- Monitor recruitment operations, team performance, and daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi recruitment procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients, recruitment offices, and internal departments.
- Resolve recruitment-related issues and ensure timely follow-up.
🔹 2. Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment of domestic workers.
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on candidate selection, documentation, and recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update clients on progress.
- Ensure smooth and timely completion of recruitment requests.
🔹 3. Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations and case follow-ups.
- Coordinate documentation, contracts, arrivals, and related procedures.
- Track recruitment cases and ensure timely processing.
- Liaise with clients, agencies, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
✅ Requirements
- Relevant experience in the **domestic recruitment sector in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
- Experience with a Saudi-based HR company or recruitment office is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of domestic worker recruitment procedures and the Saudi recruitment market.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
