Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing within 5-star hotels only.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market, particularly the Eastern Province.
Excellent track record in generating revenue, developing new business, and achieving sales targets.
Strong relationships with corporate accounts, government entities, travel agencies, and MICE clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and business development skills.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive room revenue, corporate business, and market share.
Important: Candidates must have relevant experience in 5-star hotel sales and marketing. Experience in other industries or non-hotel sectors will not be considered.
