Chiller Compressor Overhauling work, Chiller Control system Troubleshooting & Maintenance for
various HVAC systems such as chilled Water Systems, AHU Units, Package units, DX Units. Locating
and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting PM services
Essential Duties:
● High level of experience in complete overhauling for (TRANE,BITZER,CARLYLE) screw
compressor.
● High level of experience in complete overhauling for (YORK,BITZER,COPLAND) reciprocating
compressor.
● Should be able to perform System Flushing, Pump down & Nitrogen pressure Hold.
● Should be able to maintenance and repair control panel of all types of chillers
- Screw and reciprocating chillers (AL ZAMIL,YORK,CARRIER,TRANE).
-Centrifugal chillers (YORK,TRANE).
● Should be able to maintain and repair cooling towers,air handling units (AHU).
● Should be able to maintain and repair cold store rooms.
Qualifications:
● 3 Years of ITI / Diploma in HVAC/Refrigeration.
● 3 years of work experience in HVAC supervisor position.
● Driving License will be an added advantage.
Skills:
● Ability to deliver high quality performance and results.
● Inspection of work and ensure it’s up to standards.
● Knowledge of different types of HVAC systems and their components
● Well-spoken and able to communicate both upstream and downstream channels.
● Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
● Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
● Adherence to time schedules.
● Problem solving.
● Following instructions while giving creative solutions when required.
● Possess acceptable verbal and written communication skills
● Deadline and detail-oriented
● Computer skills are preferred.
