We are the current tenants of a 3 bedroom apartment in J One Compound. It's beautiful and sunlit and in excellent condition. Full maintenance and all appliances are provided free of cost by the compound. The compound has a worldclass gym, pool, cycling/walking area, playgrounds, cafe, minimart and salon. We need to move out so we want to transfer the lease to a good family.
