• Technical & Customization: SQL, SAP HANA queries, Crystal Reports, customized document layouts, user-defined fields and objects, formatted searches, approval procedures, alerts, and workflow improvements.
• Dashboards & Data Analytics: CFO and management dashboards designed around user requirements, KPI reporting, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), data analysis, and business reporting.
