We are looking for experienced and responsible Event Leads and Event Coordinators to support upcoming sporting events.
🔹 Event Leads – Key Requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to coordinate and manage event teams
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to follow instructions and ensure tasks are completed correctly
Strong time management and organizational skills
Previous experience in sporting events, large-scale events, or event operations is preferred
🔹 Event Coordinators – Key Requirements
Fluent in English – mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate with crews, supervisors, and client teams
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately
Good attention to detail, including quantity/count verification and reporting
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment
Previous event experience is preferred
