Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10 years in building construction projects, with at least some years as Civil Supervisor or Senior Foreman
Proven hands-on experience in structural steel works (erection, alignment, bolting/welding checks)
Experience in civil works: excavation, foundations, concrete, blockwork and finishing
Ability to read and work from structural and civil drawings
Strong knowledge of HSE, QA/QC and site documentation
Able to coordinate with contractors, engineers and multiple stakeholders
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred
Job Responsibilities
Daily site supervision of civil and structural steel activities, monitoring progress, quality and HSE compliance
➤ 80% of time on-site, safety as the top priority
➤ 20% desk work and documentation
Issue Work Permits to keep site activities controlled
Inspect works against Contractor Inspection Requests (IRs)
Review and approve Material Inspection Requests (MIRs)
Prepare daily progress reports and site records
Flag delays, quality issues and safety violations to the Project Manager
