Lead planning and scheduling activities for high-rise hotel towers.
Develop, review and maintain the project Master Schedule and Baseline Programme.
Manage Primavera P6, critical path analysis and schedule updates.
Monitor construction progress, milestones, productivity and resource utilization.
Prepare S-curves, progress reports, look-ahead schedules and recovery programmes.
Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial and Project Controls teams.
Identify delays, assess schedule impacts and support delay analysis and EOT submissions.
Monitor subcontractor programmes and ensure alignment with project milestones.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
🚨 High-rise tower construction experience – Mandatory.
🚨5-star hotel / luxury hospitality experience – Mandatory.
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
✅ Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
✅ Strong experience in baseline schedule creation for large-scale construction projects.
⭐ Mega / multibillion-SAR project experience is highly preferred.
⭐ Candidates with planning management experience on multiple high-rise towers are strongly preferred.
