●The Aramco WPR and HSE Specialist is responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems across OSP, Aramco crossing, and SAR crossing and commissioning activities within the programmed. The role ensures that all operations are conducted in compliance with the project HSE Management Plan, applicable local regulations, and internationally recognized safety standards, with the primary aim of achieving zero harm to personnel, the environment, and third parties.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
●A Work Permit Receiver (WPR) is a designated individual responsible for issuing, managing, and monitoring work permits on ARAMCO facilities. They act as the primary safety gatekeeper for all field work activities.
Essential Requirements:
●ARAMCO ID Card – Essential for site access
●HSE Training Certification – 5-day ARAMCO course (mandatory)
●Work Permit Receiver Certification – ARAMCO-specific training
●Field Safety Experience – 2-5 years minimum
Technical Knowledge:
●ARAMCO permit system and procedures
●Fiber optic installation hazards and safety procedures
●Electrical and mechanical safety standards
Language Skills:
●Fluency in English (technical communication)
●Fluency in Arabic (local coordination and site communication)
