Currently Soft Services Department Assistant at Al Hajry Overseas, Al Khobar (since 2025), supporting soft services delivery across multiple sites, including manpower planning, shift scheduling, KPI and audit reporting, procurement and inventory coordination, and client correspondence.
Previously Soft Services Supervisor (Aramco/KJO Projects) at MINAH Operation & Industrial Support, Dammam (2022 – 2025), where I worked as an Aramco-approved supervisor managing multi-site operations in compliance with Aramco and BICSc standards, leading multicultural teams, running deep-cleaning programmes, controlling materials and consumables, and resolving client issues promptly.
Strong skills in KPI/SLA reporting, document control, SOPs and method statements, mobilization and demobilization, vendor coordination, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Earlier experience in business development and team leadership (Vodafone Idea, Reliance Jio and others), which strengthens my client-relationship, target-management and training abilities.
Master's and Bachelor's degrees in English Language & Literature, with working proficiency in English, Arabic, Hindi and Malayalam.
