GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant professional experience in the applied position.
- Good technical knowledge and practical working experience.
- Experience in Facility Management, Stadium Operations, Large Venues or Major Events will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to attend interviews and technical assessments.
POSITION-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
**Mobility & Parking Coordinators:**
Experience in traffic management, parking operations, vehicle routing, pedestrian movement, shuttle/bus operations and event arrival/departure planning.
**Hard Services / Facility Inspectors:**
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems, BMS, fire alarm systems, facility inspections, contractor supervision and maintenance operations.
**Planner / Scheduler:**
Experience in manpower planning, work scheduling, KPI monitoring, SLA compliance, service reporting and corrective-action tracking.
**Materials Controller:**
Experience in inventory management, asset records, equipment documentation, asset lifecycle tracking and warranty management.
