📍 Jeddah, with outstation assignments across Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an organised and proactive Site Supervisor to coordinate daily site operations and ensure work progresses efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
- Estimate material requirements, arrange requests, and verify deliveries.
- Obtain, review, and compare quotations and supplier offers.
- Communicate with mall management in English and Arabic to arrange work permits and approvals.
- Submit daily progress updates to company management.
- Coordinate with clients regarding site activities and project requirements.
- Maintain site housekeeping, cleanliness, and orderly working conditions.
- Coordinate waste skips (Hawiya), trucks, and site logistics.
- Maintain accurate petty cash records and submit expense reports.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid driving licence and own car.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work on outstation assignments.
Salary & Benefits — Jeddah
- SAR 3,500 monthly salary
- SAR 150 monthly mobile allowance
- Medical insurance and Iqama provided.
Additional Benefits for Outstation Assignments
For projects in Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Riyadh, or Dammam, the company will provide transportation and an additional SAR 700 food allowance.
