- Receive and review work permits before starting any job.
- Check JSA, Risk Assessment, and Method Statements.
- Ensure all workers follow safety rules and wear proper PPE.
- Verify worksite conditions, isolation, barricading, and gas testing requirements.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and explain job hazards to workers.
- Coordinate with the Permit Issuer and Safety Officer.
- Monitor hot work, excavation, and other high-risk activities.
- Stop work immediately if unsafe conditions are identified.
- Ensure the work permit is closed properly after job completion.
