We are seeking an experienced **Senior Contract Engineer** to manage contractual matters, claims, variations, and subcontract administration for our major high-rise and luxury hospitality development in Medina.
### 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and administer main contracts and subcontract agreements in accordance with contractual terms and project requirements.
- Review contract conditions, scope of work, obligations, deliverables, and commercial risks.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate **variation orders, claims, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, and contractual notices**.
- Monitor contractual milestones, delays, changes, and potential claims to protect the company’s contractual position.
- Review subcontractor claims, payment applications, variations, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, Project Management, and Construction teams.
- Prepare contractual correspondence, claims records, notices, and management reports.
- Support dispute avoidance, claim negotiations, and contract-related risk management.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project procedures, and applicable regulations.
### 🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline**.
- **12–15+ years** of relevant construction contract management experience.
- Strong knowledge of **FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, EOT, and subcontract administration**.
- Proven experience in large-scale construction projects; **high-rise towers and 5-star hotel experience is preferred**.
- Excellent contractual writing, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractual matters independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Saudi/GCC construction experience preferred.
