Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Responsible for managing the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system during shutdown activities in Jubail industrial facilities. Coordinates with Operations, HSE, and Permit Issuers to ensure safe execution of work. Verifies LOTO, isolations, and gas testing, conducts toolbox talks, monitors permit compliance, and ensures proper permit closure.
Requirements:
Valid WPR certification (SABIC / Aramco or equivalent)
Proven shutdown/turnaround experience
Strong knowledge of PTW & HSE procedures
Good English communication skills
Experience in industrial projects preferred
