We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our head office team in Tabuk and oversee the financial operations of our restaurant and coffee shop businesses.
✅ Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the company’s overall financial operations.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, profit and loss reports, and cash flow statements.
* Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and financial plans.
* Monitor revenues, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial obligations.
* Review sales and financial performance across all branches.
* Establish effective internal financial controls.
* Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
* Oversee accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi accounting, VAT, and ZATCA requirements.
* Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
📋 Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
* Previous experience in a financial management position is highly preferred.
* Experience in restaurants, coffee shops, hospitality, or multi-branch businesses is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
* Good understanding of Saudi VAT and ZATCA regulations.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP systems.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work full-time at our head office in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
