projects under Saudi Telecom Company standards and specifications.
 Inspect backfilling activities to ensure proper sand bedding, warning tape placement,
concrete protection, and compaction requirements are achieved.
 Perform quality verification of asphalt paving, concrete works, interlock paving, tuff
tiles, and other reinstatement activities to ensure compliance with municipality and STC
requirements.
 Witness and document fiber optic testing activities, including OTDR and Power Meter
tests, ensuring results meet project acceptance criteria.
 Inspect fiber splicing activities and verify splice losses are within approved limits.
 Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and
handover documentation.
 Identify non-conformities (NCRs), implement corrective actions, and follow up on
closeout activities.
 Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and project teams during
inspections and quality audits..
 Ensure safety of site and workers by enforcing HSE regulations, toolbox talks, and
