**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to support the Owner’s team in construction and pre-commissioning activities for a power project in Rumah, Saudi Arabia.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
* Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in similar projects.
* Hands-on experience with SPPC, Ministry of Energy, and SEC clearance requirements.
* Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage substations, power generation control systems, protective relaying, and electrical grid systems.
* Proven experience in construction and pre-commissioning activities, preferably in power generation or transmission projects.
