Main responsibilities:
* Packing and labelling baked products
* Preparing orders for dispatch
* Responding to customer enquiries on WhatsApp
* Basic order coordination and organisation
Must be comfortable communicating in English, be detail-oriented, reliable and preferably have some experience with packaging, customer service and WhatsApp.
