Key Requirements:
Strong proficiency in BIM modeling, coordination, and model development.
Experience with relevant BIM software, including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Ability to develop, review, and coordinate BIM models and technical drawings.
Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
Experience in 4D BIM modeling and construction sequencing is preferred.
Strong technical, analytical, and coordination skills.
