🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hospitality
We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman / Rebar Detailer with strong expertise in reinforcement detailing and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation for our high-rise construction project in Medina.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare detailed reinforcement shop drawings for columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, foundations, and other structural elements.
Develop accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), including bar shapes, diameters, lengths, quantities, and bending details.
Review structural drawings and reinforcement details against approved design documents and project specifications.
Coordinate with Structural Engineers, Technical Teams, and Site Engineers to resolve detailing discrepancies.
Identify reinforcement clashes and constructability issues and incorporate approved revisions.
Prepare and update shop drawings, bar-marking schedules, and as-built drawings.
Ensure accuracy of reinforcement quantities and detailing before fabrication and installation.
🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
8–12+ years of structural drafting and rebar detailing experience.
Strong hands-on experience in reinforcement drawings and BBS preparation is mandatory.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and rebar detailing software; Tekla Structures or equivalent is an advantage.
Excellent understanding of structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, bar bending, laps, and anchorage.
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
