Minimum 10+ years of professional experience.
Experience in both high-rise building construction and 4/5-star hotel projects.
At least 80% of total professional experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction site logistics, material coordination, and resource planning.
Updated CV highlighting relevant project experience.
👍Key Job Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate daily logistics operations across the construction site.
Plan and monitor the movement of materials, equipment, vehicles, and deliveries.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, engineering, and construction teams.
Ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations according to project schedules.
Manage unloading arrangements, storage facilities, and material laydown areas.
Monitor logistics schedules and resolve delivery or transportation issues.
Maintain accurate records of material movements, delivery notes, and logistics reports.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and logistics procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant departments to avoid operational delays.
