1. Welder (SMAW / GTAW / FCAW)
Job Description:
Perform welding of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and heavy industrial equipment according to approved WPS and ASME standards.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial fabrication.
• Experience in pressure vessel and heat exchanger welding.
• Skilled in SMAW, GTAW (TIG), and/or FCAW.
• Ability to read welding drawings and follow WPS.
• Familiarity with ASME Section IX.
• Must pass a practical welding test.
2. Vessel Fabricator (Pressure Vessel Fabricator)
Job Description:
Fabricate, fit, and assemble pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and other industrial equipment according to fabrication drawings and ASME standards.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pressure vessel fabrication.
• Strong experience in shell rolling, nozzle fit-up, head alignment, and vessel assembly.
• Ability to independently read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of dimensional measurements and alignment.
• Familiarity with ASME Section VIII.
• Must pass a practical fabrication test.
Important for Both Positions: Candidates must have experience in pressure vessel or heavy equipment manufacturing, not only structural steel or construction work.
