Position: Staff Supervisor – Cleaning
We are looking for an experienced Staff Supervisor to manage cleaning staff across multiple sites.
Requirements:
• Kerala candidates preferred.
• Proven experience in cleaning supervision and manpower management.
• Ability to supervise and manage up to 150 staff across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff coordination skills.
• Experience in site inspections, attendance monitoring, duty scheduling, and client coordination.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for local employment transfer.
