Job Description
Hanco Property Management W.L.L. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote available residential and commercial properties through both online marketing and direct field sales, generate new leads, meet prospective clients, and support the company’s property leasing and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote available properties through online platforms, social media, and direct marketing.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and identify potential tenants and corporate clients.
- Meet prospective clients, explain available properties, and arrange property viewings.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into successful rentals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and corporate customers.
- Maintain records of leads, client visits, follow-ups, and leasing activities.
Requirements
- Strong Experience in sales, marketing especially real estate, or property management is preferred.
- Good communication skills, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to conduct field sales and generate new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of the Bahrain property rental market is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of online marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in multiple languages; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or other languages is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
