Project Type: Saudi Aramco / YASREF / Refinery / Petrochemical / Building Projects
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager with strong background in Saudi Aramco / YASREF projects and multi-discipline quality management for Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and related building works.
The candidate will be responsible for overall project quality management, implementation of the Project Quality Plan, coordination with client/consultant/inspection teams, management of ITPs, method statements, material approvals, inspection requests, NCRs, corrective actions, quality records and final project handover documentation.
Key responsibilities include managing and supervising QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors across all disciplines; reviewing project specifications, drawings and applicable standards; ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco/YASREF requirements; coordinating material receiving inspections, site inspections and testing; monitoring subcontractor/vendor quality performance; managing NCRs, RFIs and quality observations; conducting internal audits and quality meetings; and ensuring proper preparation of turnover packages, dossiers and final quality records.
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of relevant QA/QC experience, including experience as a QA/QC Manager on major industrial/EPC/building projects. Candidate should have successfully worked on Saudi Aramco, YASREF, refinery, petrochemical or similar major projects in KSA.
Strong knowledge is required in:
Civil & Structural works, Architectural/Building works, Mechanical & Piping, Electrical, MEP, Welding/NDT, Material Inspection, Testing & Commissioning documentation, ITP/QCP, NCR/CAR, MIR/RFI and final dossiers.
Knowledge of applicable standards such as Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, YASREF requirements, ASTM, ASME, API, AWS, ACI, IEC, NFPA and ISO 9001 is preferred.
Candidates with previous Saudi Aramco/YASREF approval or client acceptance will be given preference.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
