Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Sales Engineers and Sales Managers with a background in capital equipment, customised engineering products, and industrial sales. Candidates with prior experience in EOT cranes, electric hoists, gantry cranes, and material handling equipment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle sales enquiries and identify new business opportunities across India.
• Develop clients in steel plants, warehouses, automobile and ancillary units, power plants, EPC companies, fabrication units, and other relevant industries.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Follow up on quotations, resolve customer queries, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close orders.
• Conduct client visits and build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, estimation, and production teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Participate in industrial exhibitions and trade fairs to generate business leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.
• Travel across India for customer meetings, negotiations, and order finalisation.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–15 years of experience in industrial sales, capital goods, heavy engineering, or customised engineering equipment.
• Experience in EOT cranes, electric hoists, gantry cranes, or material handling equipment is preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of product specifications, costing, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, business development, and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel across India.
• Stable career history and a commitment to a long-term association.
