SAR 8000/month, Executive Room For Working Professional - Indian

We are looking for a working professional flatmate for a dedicated single room. The apartment has a shared kitchen and two bathrooms. There are a total of three rooms, and two rooms have already been occupied.

The annual rent is SAR 8,000, payable in a single payment. Shared expenses -including electricity and any maintenance costs, will be divided equally among the tenants.

We prefer a one-year rental commitment with full payment upfront. If you prefer to split the payment, the charge for six months will be SAR 5,500.
