Job Description
Oversee daily site operations for high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects. Supervise execution teams to ensure precise gypsum board installation (ceilings/partitions) and high-quality paint finishes while strictly adhering to approved drawings, timelines, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of proven site supervision experience in painting and gypsum board works within interior fit-out projects.
Drawing Interpretation: Strong ability to read, understand, and execute engineering and technical shop drawings.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of gypsum ceiling/partition installation, surface preparation, primers, and paint finishes.
Site Management: Proven capability in managing site labor, monitoring progress, managing materials, and upholding strict standards.
Communication: Good English communication skills.
